You can see the difference in many of the accounts we offer. If you are new to the credit union or are looking to rebuild after some financial setbacks, the following accounts are a great place to start.
Accounts that Make a Difference
Our savings account is the foundation of a membership, so we’ve made it easy to open and start building your savings.
There is no fee to open the account. Just fill out the application and we’ll get you set up with your new savings account.
Open with a $15 minimum deposit. We want all of our members to be able to build a healthy savings balance, but we don’t think it should get in the way of opening an account. With just $15, you can become a member.
Gain access to services that the credit union offers. When you open your account and become a member, you’ll gain access to our expertise, our counseling services, and you’ll be eligible to apply for additional accounts and loans.
Youth Accounts
Building good money managing habits should begin as early as possible. Not only does learning financial skills impact a kid’s relationship with money, it’s been shown that children from low-to-moderate income families that have up to $500 in a savings account are 3x more likely to enroll in college and 4.5x more likely to graduate.
To help young savers get started on their financial journey and to support parents in teaching their kids about money, we offer our youth accounts.
Young members under 18 can open a savings account with a $5 minimum deposit.
Young adults who are at least 16 years old can open a checking account without the need for a co-owner.
We don’t think you should have to pay to get access to the money you use for everyday purchases. Our Free Checking Accounts gives you all the tools you need to successfully manage your money.
There are no monthly fees associated with our checking account.
There is no minimum balance. We recommend setting up a direct deposit so you regularly have funds in your account, but you don’t need to worry about a minimum balance requirement.
You gain free access to a debit card with a surcharge-free ATM network and online banking with bill pay.
This unique checking account provides a safe, affordable way to gain access to a checking account if you have been denied because of credit or a ChexSystems record.
There are no hidden fees or balance requirements with this account and you’ll get checking account management advice in our weekly classes.
You deserve to have a safe, reliable, and affordable car to get to work. We offer Ride to Work Loans to our members who have a stable job, but a credit history that is not perfect. We make sure your payment is within your budget and can help you repair your credit.
